Unraveling Art History

I love his work, it’s so unique. I truly like this image though because it gives life to something, well that I’m pretty sure possesses no lifelike qualities. It makes the mannequin come to life, it gives a story, an insight to what that mannequin  would see everyday if it was a real person. I just feel it’s a unique shot, it’s not something I would even think of at first, but that’s what photography is all about to me. Showing the world the way you see it, and that’s why each image I’ve ever seen, even if tried to copy, is never exactly the same, because their is only one moment in time exactly like that, and photographers get the chance to capture that one moment. And this photograph, like all good photographs documents an moment in time, it doesn’t have to be an historical moment, just an everyday moment like this that makes people like me really enjoy my passion, which is photography. That about sums up this little rant!
